The DIO4480G is a high performance USB Type−C analog switch used in portable multimedia devices, which supports analog audio headsets. The DIO4480G can detect OMTP, CTIA or 3-pole headset and configure pinout automatically. The DIO4480G shares common type−C pins to pass USB2.0 signal and analog audio signal, sideband use wires and analog microphone signal. The DIO4480G also supports high voltage and surge on SBUx pins and USB pins on USB type−C receptacle side.
