Describe
The RLCP78L05 is a 5V-output three-terminal linear regulator with a wide input voltage range. It integrates a reference voltage
circuit, over-voltage protection, over-current protection and over-temperature protection for reliable operation. The output stage has low output
impedance and can deliver up to 200mA. The device features low quiescent current and is available in SOT89-3 or TO92
packages.
