1. Market Development and Sales Management

  • Responsible for the marketing and sales of analog ICs (analog switches, op amps, power management, etc.) and related solutions to achieve the company's sales goals.
  • Independently develop sales channels, manage agents, maintain key customer relationships, and promote customer product introduction (Design-Win).

2. Customer and Agent Management

  • Establish long-term cooperative relationships with customers in industries such as industrial control, medical, communications, power supplies, and mobile phones, and provide technical and business support.
  • Train and manage agents, optimize sales strategies, and ensure the execution of sales plans.

3. Market analysis and strategy formulation

  • Collect market information, analyze industry trends and competitive dynamics, and formulate annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans.
  • Feedback customer needs, coordinate R&D, FAE and other teams to provide customized solutions.

4. Teamwork and execution

  • Efficiently implement the company's sales strategy and have market adaptability.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to promote sales goals.


Sales Manager Recruitment Requirements

Basic Requirements

1. Education and Major

  • Diploma or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, communications and other related majors.
  • Those with analog IC technology background are preferred.

2. Work experience

  • More than 3 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, familiar with electronic components/IC sales, and those with original factory or well-known agent background are preferred.
  • Have customer resources in industrial control, medical, communication, power supply, mobile phone and other industries.

3. Core capabilities

  • Customer development: experience in major customer negotiation, agent management, and channel development.
  • Market insight: Familiar with analog IC market trends and formulate effective strategies.
  • Industry resources: resources in the fields of optical fiber communication, video transmission, security monitoring, etc. are preferred.

4. Soft skills

  • Strong communication skills, able to connect with customers, agents and internal teams (FAE, product managers, etc.).
  • Strong stress resistance, adapt to fast-paced environment, and have a pioneering spirit.
  • Good English reading skills, able to understand chip specifications (Datasheet).


FAE job responsibilities

1. Product promotion and technical support

  • Responsible for the technical promotion of analog ICs (analog switches, op amps, power management, etc.) in China, and assist sales to complete product introduction (Design-Win).
  • Provide on-site customer support, solve system design problems, and promote mass production.

2. Marketing and training support

  • Plan technical seminars and product training to enhance the technical capabilities of sales teams and agents.
  • Analyze competitive dynamics and market trends, and support product definition and strategy formulation.

3. New product development collaboration

  • Participate in the definition of new product specifications and feedback customer needs to the design team.
  • Assist in optimizing chip performance (power consumption, noise, etc.) to enhance product competitiveness.


FAE recruitment requirements

Hard requirements

1. Technical background

  • Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics and other related majors.
  • More than 5 years of analog/power IC application experience (original manufacturer or agent background is preferred).

2. Design ability

  • Proficient in analog circuit (analog switch, op amp) and power management system design, able to debug schematics/PCB independently.
  • Familiar with chip-level indicators (PSRR, THD, noise analysis) and system optimization solutions.

3. Industry experience

  • Familiar with the southern China market, with project experience in industrial control, portable devices, wireless radio frequency and other fields.
  • Familiar with the entire product development process (from demand definition to mass production), with quality management awareness.
